Canada New Canadian Kid
Hey all. I've never owned a Toyota before. My dad has gone through I believe 2 or 3 1988 Toyota Pick ups. And they lasted FOREVER. Im from Ottawa Canada, I'm 20 years old.
Cars I've had in the past:
1993 Nissan 240sx
1990 Ford Mustang
1992 Acura Integra
1992 Nissan 240sx
1993 Nissan 240sx
2003 Honda Civic
2007 Subaru Impreza (Daily Driver)

Picking up 1986 Corolla hatchback this week!!!

Can't wait to start rebuilding this car and learning more!

Got to say I agree with your assessment of Toyota pickups. As long as you take care of the basic maintenance they'll run just about forever. I think you'll find our Corolla forums very extensive, and able to help you keep your ride running for a long time to come.
