New 1990 Landcruiser Prado owner

Yo, I'm the proud new owner of a 1990 Landcruiser Prado EX5 with a 2.4L turbo diesel (2L-TE). I'm also new to this forum, and forums in general.

I bought this LC to drive down to Central America in 6-8 months time. I joined this group to get any insight on common problems/issues I may encounter along the way, and be as prepared as possible before I leave.

I'm looking forward to doing some "brain-picking" of veteran cruiser owners and everyone in between.

Cheers,

Mike

Thank you very much for the warm welcome. I will get right to my first question on this forum. Are old man emu coil springs from a hilux interchangeable with those of a prado?
