Welcome to TN Wilson~!
There's three main ways for XM in your car.
1. Via input jack if you have one. With a separate/portable unit-receiver.
2. Via FM broadcast, again will need a receiver and then an FM modulator.
3. Via a HU (head unit) that is capable of picking up XM signals.
