I've never heard of Black Mountain before, what town is it in? I'm just across the state line in Indiana, I think your about 2 1/2 hours away. I used to visit family near Richwood. You ever hear of Haspin Acres? It's a decent park just to the west of Brookville Lake. You'll have to check it out sometime!
