Picking up a 2010 Corolla S next week!

Just introducing myself. Im picking up a blue 2010 Corolla S next week. Ive been looking for a new car thats fun and gets good mpg cause I drive alot. After test driving the Corolla S I fell in love with the car. Sure its not the fastest car but the interior is nice and its by no means slow. Im getting the TRD Springs and shortshifter at the dealership and will add the swaybar later. Then down the road will add the borla axle back, header and intake. I have a 2002 WRX now. its a really fun car but gas mileage is horrible. Even stock I barely got 25 mpg. In this economy it just doesnt make sense driving a car that in all honestly you can only drive fast as your aproaching the speed limit and on back roads. 0-60 in 4.8 seconds (recording by my Cobb Accessport Tuner) is nice though :p The Corolla S fit everything Im looking for and is fun to drive. Heres what im coming from.

and heres the gauge cluster I had switched to red led

The new owner of this beauty should be taking it Saturday so I can get my Corolla next week.

Welcome to TN!

Congrats on the purchase of the Corolla S! I'm sure you'll fit in well with the folks in the 10th Gen Corolla forum. There's an abundance of information in there, from maintenance to modifications, so I'm sure you'll know your car inside and out in no time . Check out the DIY sticky thread at the top of that particular forum too as it contains some great links

Enjoy yourself here at TN!
