2nd Generation Newbie 90 Camry owner from Hawaii

Aloha from Hawaii,

Proud owner of a 1990 Camry since 2007.
Having recent issues with it, got tired of spending money on labor and decided to embrace the mechanic of the car.
But am a total kook as yet. Learning.

From one 90 Camry owner to another...

Welcome to the group!

Hope you enjoy it as much as I do! I've found this to be one of the most useful sites I've ever found for Toyotas, and more specifically for the Camry. Much of what you will/can learn here applies to other years, depending on the subject. I've learned more about my 90 DX here than anywhere on the internet or from any of my repair manuals. Hope you find it a useful and full of information as I do.

If you have any questions about your 90 Camry that I might be able to answer, feel free to ask either in a thread or PM. I'd be happy to share what I know (but quick to admit if I don't). There are no doubt other members than know more about the Camry than myself, but most of the info I've collected is specifically for the 90. I'm far from a Camry expert yet, only owning mine for 15 months, but I do have a lot of information saved about this generation, like wiring diagrams, troubleshooting tips, or diagrams for just about every other part of the car. I also have a good knowledge of car audio and security (mostly aftermarket).

Hope you enjoy yourself here! And again, welcome to the Forum! Browse the topics and threads. You'll no doubt find several that spark your interest.
