Hello, new member

I wanted to introduce myself; I have some experience working on cars, most domestics (i.e. chevys, fords), while growing up. That was many moons ago, so I like to work on cars when I have the time to do it. I have a 95 toyota camry LE and a 2010 toyota corrolla se. For the most part, I don't do major repairs, like replacing transmissions, but like to save $$ and do it myself. I like making my cars feul efficient, safe, and reliable. thanks

I'm old school too. I liked working on them before the age of ECU's and tons of smog emissions related parts. Though I do find working on turbocharged engines a challenging and fun.

I'm pretty much the same way. I don't do the heavy, major stuff myself, but the regular maintenance and whatnot I do. Fortunately, I have an outstanding private mechanic and that is a plus too!
