Howdy

New to the Toyota forum, have been on a marine (boating type) forum for some time.

I just picked up my second Corolla, 1990 LX. My first is a 1986 Corolla DX picked it up 2009. Both are closing in on 300,000 mi.

I have own other Toyota in the past. One I bought new 1976 was an FJ-40. At 13,000mi I dropped in a 300Hp Chevy small block. Was a kick ass rig.

Now that I am back I am attempting to resurrect my Toyota fever

I guess you might say I am a pop can boater, I have an aluminum 17’ Klamath w/50 hp Suzuki

Okay, just curious. I used to own a 24' Islander when I was younger, and used to sail offshore on occasion. Still giving some thought to taking 6 months off and renting a sailboat to cruise the Aegean Sea and island hop. Maybe sometime in the next five years....
