1986 pickup longbed owner

Hi guys,
I am from Ontario, Canada.
i just bought this truck. It is a long bed 1986 2wd 22R.
Amazingly has zero rust on it and no one new to it
believes it is that old. underneath is thick rust coated.
It is 100% stock.
I want to swap the engine with a fuel efficient one
and lift it by 2" with not that much of bigger tires
It has 355000 kms though.
i recently helped a friend move and he almost put an entire
house in the back
not a word of complaint from the truck
