Need wiring schematic

I am a newbie here and have a problem with a 1993 Camry. I need a wiring schematic for the fuel pump system. I am not getting juice to the pump and before I get the typical responses here is what has been done: fuel pump replaced, fuel filter replaced, ignition coil (inside the distributor), cap, rotor, plug wires, and all fuses have been checked and are good, the circuit opening relay has been replaced as well. I am only getting 7.1volts at the connector to the pump and no ground registering. That is why I need the wiring schematic to trace the issue.
