Hello everyone! new to the site, lots of nice cars on here. I have a 1993 paseo with a 5EFE supposly its a jap spec motor with a 5 speed, bought the car back in March. It has a rough idel but hauls ass under accelation! can't figure out whats causing the rough idel, I have replaced the Map Sensor, all 4 injectors, tune up, o2 sensor, new ignition mod. new disturber, temp senor, air senor, check for vacuum leaks, I get a hard brake pedal after a full stop till you start driving again, check booster hold vacuum. Does anyone know what the problem could be? does the computer need to be change? it looks like the stock computer. love the car but whatever the problem is its giving me very bad gas mileage, only 22mpg.
