happy to have found this site ! '96, V6, 4WD Tacoma....color coded coil springs.... installed yellow/red on left, yellow/ blue on right. what model years used these color codes? and.... did i install them on the proper side of the vehicle?

hi, my name is steve. how nice it is to have found this awesome toyota lovers site! i have 277,000 miles on my well used '96 tacoma, 5VZE, 4WD. no head gasket problems for me yet. i believe in lots of oil changes. stock clutch too. thanks for the warm reception.

I'd recommend visiting the Tacoma forum and using the search tool there to see if you can locate a past thread that answers your question. If you don't find anything then feel free to post up a new thread. Hopefully one of the other truck owners will have an answer for you.
