noob to all things mechanical

Howdy my name is kyle im a Proud owner of a barley running 90 4runner there alot of things to be asked and i dont know where to start. i have no skills when it comes to working one a car but i am willing to learn aslong as u talk real slow and explain everything like you were talking to a little kid maybe even hold my hand and walk me through somethings any help u guys and gals can give would b muchly appreciated .incase you were wondering about the bikerider thing its because my bike is bunched up in the back of my 4runner incase it breaks
