Yeah, I'm new to the entire scene. Got me a brand spanking new MatrixXR, and looking to mod some... does anyone know of any basic tutorials to get me started with installing lowering springs and/or audio? Thanks.

well....for the audio bit, just do a search on the net, and you'll come up with like, hundreds of hits, and then if you have any questions, just ask on this forum, and we have plenty of audio experts who can help....

but when it comes to the lowering springs and stuff....if you're asking about basic installation tutorials, then I presume that you don't have much hands on experience with cars and their mechanical parts....then I'd recommend that with any psrings tha you may buy, you get them professionally installed...

oh, and by the way....welcome to TN! 8)

welcome to TN! don't bother doing your own suspension yourself. it could be very dangerous without proper knowledge and equipments. but with car audio theres alot of qualify guys in here to help you out.

I think the 'hardcore' bit got him labelled. Watch those springs as there is a damning amount of potential energy in those things. It's good to see a Matrix as opposed to a Honda getting the treatment. Welcome from a fellow newbie.
