I'm new on your board, but decieded to sign up for your track event on the 13th. I drive a 1995 240sx SE, did alot of mods to attempt to make it an LE model. Anyway, check out my ride at -

Couldn't check out the ride 'cause the link no worky, but I know those things have nice lines. Welcome! I considered a 240 SX back in '89 (prev. gen.) but wifey was adamant that I get the Corolla GT-S. No regrets. None.

thanks for the welcome guys, not sure what happened to that link, oh well! I put another one in my sig, if it doesn't work, copy and paste it into the browser, it should hopefully work then.

Don't know a whole lot about toyotas, but I know I like mr2's and supras (who doesn't)? I've driven an '89 supra T, very nice wheels, but felt kinda heavy in the turns. Aside from that, haven't really driven any fast ones, but I like the direction toyota is taking, and they are the number one Japanese manufacturer, bar none. Anyway, I couldn't find a last gen mr2 in my price range, norwould I be able to afford insurance, so I settled on my 240. I always loved nissan, but am open minded to all companies, and respect most of them. Hopefully one day, I'll be able to slap a turbo on my ride so I can hang with the big boys, toyotas included!!!

y u wanna make it look like an LE?
isn't it jus leather seats and the 5 spoke rims?
if im not mistaken, the LE does not have VLSD

there are actually alot of minor differences between the SE and LE. Some I don't care for - OE alarm, intermitted wipers, fog lights, front lip spoiler, rear spoiler, 6 speaker stereo (an option), cd/tape player

but ones like leather (got it) 5 lug hubs (got it), 5 spoke rims (got em) and sunroof (sitting in my garage) are the ones I wanted.

All 240 91 and up (I believe) come equipped with vlsd, a nice feature.
