Yes it is.
Life plus twenty years if he is found guilty on both of the new charges.
Crazy when we put murders away for only a few years. Another example of
our goofy legal system, but that's another subject.
Had Delay not been in the position he is in congress this never would
have happened, but he obviously has made some political enemies so it
did.

Bush is no more a murder than clinton if that's what you're getting at.

The democrats can't win in the arena of ideas so now they are in the
politics of character assassination.
No ideas for the future....but they are doing anything they can to
regain power.
Actually he was RE-indicted, since the first indicted was contrary to Texas
law at the time and not supported by the evidence.

Ya can't charge someone with a crime if it wasn't a crime when he did it.
Something in the Constitution about forbidding ex-post-facto laws, if I
remember correctly. . . .
So the guy got a Clinton, aka a do-over or a Mulligan. . . .

bad news: he violated FEC laws if he channeled corporate donations
back to state candidates as well. He's just a big mess.
In any case, money was definitely laundered through the RNC. No doubt
about that, that is easy to prove.
Well... maybe he'll just plead to felony conspiracy, get his two years
suspended, and do the walk of shame. Time is of the essence.

I think I've expressed my extreme disillusionment with the American
electorate. Never takes you long to step right up.

Do you think you are above the electorate in some way? Care to explain
it?
