Why? If he did that then he would be lying.

Everything is becoming clear now. Chalabi was a liar. Bush bought
into it hook line and sinker.
If we're truly into nation building, lets go to Sudan and Liberia too.
Perhaps you need to look up the definition of the word if that is what you
believe LOL

One can be sure we will if some of the radical Islamic terrorists, with whom
we are at war, show up there as well ;)

... and Clinton's, and Chirac's, and Schroeder's, and Putins's, and whoever
runs Italy, Spain, Israel, and Egypt.
Every intelligence agency on the planet was making the same claims about
Saddam's WMD. Frances' objection to going into Iraq wasn't that there was no
proof of WMD, it was that the response to the WMD wasn't balanced by the
threat. It turns out now that France had financial interests it was
protecting, but at the time they only were concerned that the threat and the
response was lop-sided.
Given the obvious intelligence lapses leading up to 9/11, I wouldn't want
the same lapses to occur again. Knowing what we know today, I would not
support my President going to Iraq, but knowing what we thought we knew when
we went, I support it 100%. We did the right thing then, even if doing the
same thing would be wrong now.

Scott judging stupidity is about the same as Bush judging diction.
