Pick up point for reverse gear signal for Sat Nave Celica VVTi

Can anyone suggest a convienient pick up piont for the reverse gear signal
on a Celica VVti year 2000. I'm fitting a Sat Nav and need a signal wire for
reverse gear. There must be a feed to the speedo head as there is a beeper
for reverse in there. Anyone know which wire or pin number?
