Gas down 50 cents / gallon

That's over $20 a barrel. Oil is down about $3 a barrel in the same
time.

Oil is down $10-12 dollars a barrel (15-18%) from its peak depending on
how you measure it. If anything, the decrease in gas prices are
lagging the oil decline.

When gas was $3.05 a gallon here, oil was $65.

Now gas is $2.56 and oil is $61.

So here, it's not lagging.

they always do. Gas here in lower slobovia is $2.27, woo-hoo, we are in
fat city.
