Her breasts should be fully developed when her hands are large enough
to fully cup a pair of testicles.

It's a serious question posted to alt.autos.toyota,
alt.usenet.kooks, and news.admin.net-abuse.usenet?

It varies a GREAT deal.

If you are asking what age most girls enter/finish puberty, it seldom
begins before 8 or 9, and is usually finished no later than 17 or 18.

And if this is a serious medical question -- meaning there's a medical
issue here -- you should be asking a doctor.

And your serious medical reasoning would be?

Some how I know this is a troll, but ill answer anyway.

It depends upon the girl. Just like some boys grow their full height
at eleven and some at seventeen.

And some even older.

I knew one young man who grew a full 4 inches after high school -- and
he gradutated at 18!

An occassional boy continues to grow into his 20's.

I've never heard of a girl continuing to mature past about 18, however.

That's nothing - I've grown a full 4 inches in less than a minute!

Well, mine didn't reach their maximum size until I had a baby, so I guess
they really aren't fully developed until they've lactated. I entered college
as a 32 almost A, and I'm currently a 34 DDD while breastfeeding.

Should any political party attempt to abolish social security,
unemployment insurance, and eliminate labor laws and farm programs,
you would not hear of that party again in our political
history. There is a tiny splinter group, of course, that believes you
can do these things. Among them are H. L. Hunt (you possibly know his
background), a few other Texas oil millionaires, and an occasional
politician or business man from other areas. Their number is
negligible and they are stupid.

It varies with the girl. What are you trying to figure out?
