Camry trim

Hi all. I think I can save between $600 and
$1,000 if I buy a Standard Camry compared to a
Camry LE.

Can anyone tell me if the Standard Camry's
engine, transmission, and especially Suspension, etc.
is exactly the same as the LE's? Would I just be
giving up the LE's inconsequentials like keyless entry,
power driver seat, and interior brightwork?

I'm paying cash instead of financing, so if I
can save $1,000 it might be worth getting a Standard.

Thanks much.

Re: Camry trim

That's pretty much it - outside mirrors are black vice car color, spare is
NOT full size, No engine immobilizer chipped key (good thing when you have
to replace one!). Suspect the interior is different fabric and manual
seats. Used to be you didn't get cruise control either. If you are going to
keep it many years $1k isn't much though. Get manual trans and save another
$800 plus get better gas mileage.
