Yes, pretty hard to beat a nice short barrelled 12 ga pump loaded
with SSG...I can't imagine a better unit to 'train' some jerk
who'd kick in someone's door at night...

Mine belonged to my Grand Father. It is a single shot 12 ga...

.....but....it makes that distinctive study when you break it to load
it...LOL

That would be enough to scare the crap out of anyone...

Yeh...most times you don't need the second blast anyway...I still
love the sound that a nice clean well oiled slide makes, in a
nice quiet dark house at 03:00 when you energetically rack it
open then closed!...makes their old sphincter snug up right
snugly...then you speak in a nice calm deep voice "Come and get
it my friend"...
