05 corolla rear tire

Hi,

Try to do tire rotation on 2005 Corolla CE but the rear rim are still
'locked' to the hub after unscrewing 6 lug nuts.
Please advise.

I use a rubber mallet in that situation. It also works well for removing
the rear drums.

Put the lug nuts back on hand tight and drive once around the block. Repeat
as necessary.

There are only FIVE lug nuts on each rim.

Do you operate the car where salt is used to de-ice the roads?

Re: 05 corolla rear tire

Must be a 4Rnr chassis on a Corolla body for 6 lug nuts (maybe counting the
mechanic). Loosen the lugnus few turns and drive the car few hundred feet
and the wheels whould break loose from hubs. Use anti-seize when re
installing then --- or grease.
