Changed Timing Belt, Now car won't fire.

Recently changed the timing belt. Now the engine has not compression.
Won't
even try to turn over. Just spins. Can someone suggest how to fix this
problem? Or what may be causing it.

too easy, you put the belt on with the cams in the wrong position
allowing air straight out of the open valves.
