Any congressman who is taking bribes from lobbyists should be put in
prison. That includes Republicans and Democrats.

Here's an interesting factoid: Abramoff ONLY contributed to
Republicans. Not a single Democrat.

If there are crooks, be it reps of dems, take them out. However, note, how
many more inquiries happen when reps are in the office? The party likes to
keep itself clean. Much cleaner than the dems.

That's real weak, Dan. Move back two spaces and lose a turn.

And clintoon should have been fired for screwing a 21 year old innocent
intern, while on duty, in the White House. Shameful exhibition of a
supposed trusted government official of the highest office. And now you
are going to harp about someone getting free superbowl tickets, unknown
they came from dubious persons. The real truth will come out in the
end. By the way little rich, you spend too much time quoting from our
glorious news media. Why just today our glorious media showed the world
once again it cannot get a story right, why would any thinking person
believe a political story given the media is so biased against
conservatives.
The story today they botched is regarding the coal miners. I have in my
hands this morning paper which the headlines say 12 miners alive. What
a sorry exhibition of news reporting.

An understandable mistake and not even their mistake; they thought they had
solid information and were wrong.
From the New York Times:
"We believed there were 12 survivors," Bennett K. Hatfield, the chief
executive officer of International Coal Group, the mine's owner, said in
televised comments. "That was the initial communication from the command
center. But it was wrong."
Mr. Hatfield said that the mistaken report spread when people in the command
center misunderstood a phone call from rescuers in the mine shaft.
"Apparently the rescuers meant to convey that they had found 12 individuals
and were trying to check their vital signs," to determine if any were alive,
he said.
And, luckily, it didn't have immense consquences. The people most directly
affected by the error were misinformed by other sources right at the scene,
didn't read about the error in the paper and didn't even see the paper
before the correction came out. It's not like we took this bad information,
went to war over it, and lost 2200 US troops and tens of thousands of
Iraqis.

Who, what, when, where, basic stuff. Then you check and check again
your sources and story before printing it. A rush to make news and a
scoop once again has shown how pitiful our protected news media has
become. Sorry, I don't share your coddling view of the media.

It hurts don't it little rich. It hurt all of us. The truth of the
matter is it stunk bad then and still stinks bad today, no matter how
you smell it.
Taking superbowl tickets is pale compared to what clintoon performed.

Keep going. Every reply to this thread makes you look like more of an
idiot.
To compare infidelity with treason and imperial-style influence
peddling... you are dumb, my man, just plain dumb.
Good thing those Republican bastards are going to soon be sitting in
the prisons that they helped to build.
