A well-stacked young advertising secretary wore tight knit dresses that
showed off her figure, especially when she walked. Her young,
aggressive boss motioned her into his office one afternoon and closed
the door.
Pointing to her tightly covered derriere, he asked, "Is that for sale?"
"Of course not!" she snapped angrily, blushing furiously.
Unchanged, he replied quietly, "Then, I suggest you quit advertising
it."

50 years ago, yeah.
Nowadays, the punchline would be Mr. Agressive in the unemployment
line.

women had no rights.

No, they were in his office with no witnesses. An investigation would
uncover that she was the one uncovering.

Actually a friend of ours recently went back to work in a law
office.... and within two weeks one of the office managers told her she
needed to lower her hemline.
The office manager was a woman, though.
Honestly, I support a permanent ban on hemlines below the knee on women
under the age of ... ok we'll work that out in committee.

Oh, so it's OK to be a sexist, I see... Or is that just being a
red-blooded male?
