Along with the security and liberty briefings U.S. sailors and Marines
from Japan received before visiting the Philippines for bilateral
training in late 2005, they learned about a new article under the
Uniform Code of Military Justice that for the first time makes it a
crime to solicit a prostitute.

That is especially true in the Phillipines. I remember missing my
connecting military hop to Guam because of all the...
ahem...solicitations. Nearly got another Letter of Reprimand for that
one.

Ask bush, rummy and cheney. They're the ones behind changes to the ucm (to
allow torture). Surely you knew that. BTW, I think the crime is to beat the
*hit out of prostitutes (more common than it used to be) not to use their
services.

When I was in the Marines, and we would visit Philippines, we would try to
hook up with as many LBFMs (little brown fuck machines) as much as possible.
Once, after a good fuck, this really hot LBFM said that she is still
considered a virgin. The logic was that her work is not her life. She still
had a boyfriend and she was getting a degree at the local University. I
thought this was very fucked up. Still - she was good!!

I didn't know that the "Liberals" were running the military now. This
is clearly
a conservative action. It is conservatives that have problems with sex,

Isn't it a sin under Christianity to have sex outside of Marriage?
Of course they could just be adjusting the law to make it conform to
the laws of this country and the countries were are bases are located.
And just possibly they could have made this law to discourge the out
