OT - Another GWB screw up. $850 million in mobile homes for katrina

George Bush spent $850 million on mobile homes for Katrina victims but many
have sat vacant on trailers inadequate for their weight resulting in bent
frames and the damaged mobile homes will now have to be scrapped. Almost
all are vacant because they are unsuitable for installation where they are
needed due to soft soil.

Yes. GWB is a very powerful person and president. He not only can
cause hurricaines to change direction but he can actually make
hurricanes. And cause floods and make dikes break up on his command.

There are laws that prevent putting mobile homes in flood zones, even for
use as temporary housing.. In any even the President did not spend the
money the Congress did.
