does anyone here have experience in replacing manul to auto
transmission on Toyota Corolla 99(1ZZ-FE) how much modification it
takes

More like $7,000 + because the automatic transmission will be in the
neighborhood of $4,000 + $1,500 for a new engine ECU + $1,500 for a
transmission ECU + labor. The OP will not recover the investment.
