Your Mom never has a chance to say much of anything we she comes
a'visiting.

This is hilarious. Apparently the research center lost Bush funding and
laid everyone off last week but Bush gave them their funding back today so
he could visit them. Even GW was embarrassed.

Where in the Constitution does it say the President has the power to give or
take money in or out of any program federal? The Congress is the only
branch that can set spending priorities, not the President LOL
