Indeed Scott the sky may fall. What the scientists believe is that there
are vast amounts of potential decomposing vegetation at the north pole. It
hasn't decomposed for millions of years because of the ice and cold. But at
some point, as global warming continues and the polar ice cap melts, those
vast stores of dead vegetation will begin to decompose and put out thousands
of times more CO2 gas than all of mankind. At that point global warming
will be irreversible by any technology we now know about. Better get your
sun-blocker out.

Actually Scott historically plant life on the planet has been CO2 limited
and with the extra CO2 in the air there is now 50 times more pollen in the
air than there was a few decades ago. It is one reason why there are many
more allergy and asthma sufferers than there used to be. I am sure that the
scientists have taken the ability of plants to use CO2 into account. We are
talking scientists..... not dummies like George Bush.

from talking about serious global warming findings. It was all over the
news. And the bullshit exuses for why he wasn't allowed to speak about
global warming was a fuckin joke.
