OT CBS Sues Stern

Jockshock Howard Stern is being sued by his former employer CBS for using
airtime to promote his departure to his new employer.
I wonder if Sirrus will be named in the lawsuit too.

Either sirrus or XM sat is in deep money trouble. This medium is going
to have to go though a cook-out and someone will have to sink. It would
appear there is not going to be enough interest in it to support two
different systems. I'm not interested in paying any money not one penny
even if they furnish the receiver to listen to howard sterno.

I think both Sirrus and the other satellite radio will go belly up.

Stern is NOT worth what they paid him.

I'd guess he drives long distances and doesn't have to frequently hunt for
listenable material? Just curious to know if there's a different reason.

First reason....he loves not listening to commercials.

Second reason he is single, 22 and loves toys...LOL

Third reason he has a g/f in Mass....so you are right....long
distances are in the cards.

ps he does not listen or like Howard...

It's XM, and I hope they pull through!

Jeeze! $4.5 a month and they can't make it?

Has something to do with promotional spending from what I understand. If
they stop the promotions, they go into the black again.

Damn! I LIKE my XM! I use it all the time, stream it at work (you can do
that with XM, but not Sirius)

At least there's hope for him, then. Anyone who thinks Stern is
entertaining has GOT to be a brain-damaged individual (and future
Republican).
