It would help if you quoted previous posts so that people trying to reply
know what the problems, symptoms, and corrective actions were.
If there is no sound from the starter:
If you have an automatic transmission, try setting the parking brake and
shifting to neutral. If the car starts in Neutral but not in park, then the
neutral safety switch and circuit are suspect.
If you have a manual transmission, make sure that the clutch pedal is
depressed all the way, with no obstructions behind the pedal like the floor
mat. You can disconnect the clutch safety switch and jump the wires on the
harness side and see if the starter engages. Obviously, make sure you are
in neutral before you try this.
Next, check for power at the starter when it is engaged. If there is no
power at the starter, work your way backwards to the relay. It is not
uncommon for the starter relay to be bad.
Keep going backwards until you find the open circuit.
