There is probably a screw or screws holding the arm rest in place. Look for
circular plugs hiding the screws. You can remove the plugs with an awl or
small screwdriver. Look for another screw in the door latch bezel.
After all the screws are removed, gently tug the edges of the panel away
from the door.
