I Have A Starting Problem With A 91 Toyota Previa

It starts in the morning but as soon as you turn it off and try starting it
in 15 minutes it doesnt start Help Me if you can Because im about to change
the starter.

It cranks but doesnt fire you have to step on the gas after 7 times of
cranking it until it turns on and its automatic

It sounds like a lack of fuel or spark. Since it eventually fires, then
fuel is the more likely culprit. You will need a fuel pressure gauge to see
if pressure is bleeding down. If so, then the fuel pressure regulator is
suspect.
