If you mean crawling under the car without lifting it, then the answer
depends on how skinny you are.
You can purchase ramps (tricky to drive on and off), or a jack and jack
stands. NEVER get under a car supported only by a jack!!!!! If you use a
jack, always use jack stands as a backup.
While you are at it, invest in a 14 mm wrench and an oil filter wrench.

Most towns in the U.S. have designated oil recycling facilities. Some gas
stations and service facilities will accept used oil, especially the ones
that have waste oil heaters.
The same is true of transmission fluid, however, check your owner's manual
before changing transmission fluid because I believe the Corolla's
transmission takes special fluid and it has a very long life.
