But in Europe it won't be true until the 4th of May.

April 5th is another anniversary for me. The day I bought my first NEW
Toyota back in 1979. Made payments of 99.83 a month for 36 months for my
little KE30 (Model 1501)

As usual, America is wrong and won't admit shit.
As it happens, the internationally accepted date format that avoids
confusion is the Japanese format of Yearmonthdayhoursminutes seconds.

Maybe so, but how many people are risking their life and limb by trying
to get into Japan (or any other country) illegaly everyday. Despite
our faults we are still the envy of the world.

Re: OT: interesting date

I paid for my '74 CA$H!!! I was 17 YO.

My '78 cost me $67 a month.

My '80 SR-5 Coupe cost me $96 a month (Because the '78 got wrecked by a
careless driver, and the Ins company paid me $300 less than I paid for it
brand new .

Years! I wore out seventeen calculators on this, and went through over
forty thousand batteries. At one point I was concentrating so hard trying
to figure this out, I set my hair on fire. OK, that could have been caused
by the candle that fell on my head, but I *was* thinking *reeeeeeally* hard.
