My first Prius rage

Prius rage has been in the news lately - now I really
understand it . Fucking 'Pious' driver in a 35 mph
zone, one lane in each direction. After *each* stop
sign and light, "accelerates" as slowly as possible,
reaching 26-27 mph after about a century. Repeat
about 5-6 times. All the cars behind me becoming
enraged at this fuckwad. Next time damage will
occur after it's parked, guaranteed 100%.

Fucking pious fucks.

Perhaps an aging nineteen sixties hippy still trying to save the world??
LOL. Did the prius have daisy flowers painted all over it by any
chance? It would be yellow and rose colored flower paintings of daisies
and a peace symbol on the ass end with the hemp leaf painting on the
sides. It would then be a true peacemobile of the modern style and
vintage. You just have to love these old hippies.

I rode with a Prius driver. The acceleration up to 35 is actually quick,
what is happening is there is this computer that tells you if you are on
battery or gas power... and this computer screen almost brain washes you
into trying to ride with the best possible gas mileage...

Do you really want a car that 'brain wash'-es you?

I'd rather do my own thinking when driving...

More likely, a today's Republican pretending to be frugal. Nowadays,
pretending is about as good as it gets for them .

("A today's Republican?" Interesting syntax.)

Get real. Whatever you may think of the fiscal policies of today's
Republicans, who do you really believe is more likely to own a Prius:
a Republican, or an aging Sixties hippie (AKA a "gray ponytail") who
not only wants to be frugal, but wants to advertise his concern for
Mudda Oit' in the bargain?

Symbolism is more important to liberals than to conservatives, and
so it's far more likely for a liberal to drive a certain kind of
car in order to broadcast his frugality than for a Republican to
do so. We Republicans drive whatever the hell we want to, and if
that bothers anybody, well, it just sucks to be them. Not to put
too fine a point on it, but I hear you can get shotguns with flav-
ored barrels nowadays...

As long as the last car in line makes it through the first light, what's the
big deal? You were ALL going to stop at the second, anyway. He's just
helping you save your brakes and a little gas. Drive that way all the time
and save some money.

And, as for "Prius Rage" being in the news, you'll have to post a link.
This is the first I've heard of it. Prius drivers around here appear to
behave fairly normally.

Your use of profanity suggests that maybe the Prius driver isn't the
problem. Only a person with problems would get slowed down on the road and
then take time out from his busy day to intentionally damage some other car.
Maybe you should take an Anger Management course. And organize your life so
that you get out on the road in time to make your appointments in spite of
any slowdowns that occur along the way.

And how do you know the cars behind you were becoming "enraged" at the Prius
driver ahead of you? If you could somehow clearly see that they were
"enraged," maybe it was at YOU that upset them.

Not where I come from. Most Prius Drivers are the Earthy, Crunchy Liberal
types that think they are saving the planet by driving an 'alternative'
vehicle, of course not realizing the engine is running 99% of the time they
are driving the car.

The funny thing is, with the electric motor and the CVT, this car will kick
a lot of more powerful car's asses off the line!

But, we DO have to save the planet, don't we?!?!

(If you believe that, I have a Pris to sell you!)

The Gosh Darn thing is an Eye Magnet! I don't know how I drove a Prius for
two weeks and didn't crash the damn thing! I'd blank the screen if I owned
one, but owners tell me the novelty wears off shortly after that.

Thank you, Dr. DH. Not only that, but did the OP mention how he probably
pissed the Prius driver into driving even SLOWER by bunching up on his
bumper, revving the engine while doing so?

I'm guessing either s Ford F-250 or Dodge Ram 2500, probably with 'stacks'
or Flowmasters,
and chrome wheels and jacked up 10 feet or so.

And, I have NO question whatsover as to who the *real* 'alt.idiot' in this
thread is.
Jeeze...how much of a hurry were you in to get to the beer store?

What's wrong with Toyota-power? Nothing at all. Turns out the Corolla
engine is good enough for a serious sports car:
