OT:drivers license

The leading democratic candidate for governor in Massachusetts will, if
elected, sign a bill giving drivers licenses to "undocumented" visitors
to Massachusetts. He has set a limit of 150,000 licenses. Obviously
this is far too few. With our booming economy and universal health care
coming here we have plenty of surplus funds for these hard working
taxpaying folks.
He didn't mention our paying for the mandatory compulsory automobile
insurance the documented citizens must have but I am sure our
legislature will send a bill to Mr. Patrick exempting them from this
expense.
Again Massachusetts will lead the way in this great republic of ours as
we have with Ted Kennedy, John Forbes Kerry, and gay marriage.
The rest of you can eat your hearts out.

Re: OT:drivers license

Our former Governor (Davis - California)used the argument that if
undocumented visitors were given drivers licenses that they would get
car insurance!

I always wondered how one could be breaking the law but by simply
getting a drivers license they'd comply with the insurance law.

Another interesting statistic the other day was that the GAO is trying
to collect FEMA mis-payments to Katrina evacuees.

During this they found that some 900,000 of the 2.5 million people had
either illegal or duplicated social security numbers.

Does anyone wish to address the states that allow in-state tuition to
illegal's for college educations?

Never fear Ronnie. As long as a gay couple doesn't try to force you into a
3, you'll be ok.

01741- We are from the third most liberal city in Mass. They hold
candles on street corners in the winter to show people driving by that
they, ( Arlingtonians) care about- whatever the current liberal outrage
is. Since the lowlifes got kicked out of Cambridge when they lost rent
control, Judges, the mayor of cambridge, other assorted lowlifes
weren't subsidised anymore on the backs of middle class two family
homeowners, they couldn't afford the going rates so they moved to
Arlington and Somerville. It caused a cancer in nice middle class
neighborhoods. Had to move out to the ghetto in 01741.

I don't listen to Howie anymore. Conflicting time schedules. I listened
to him when he first started with Jerry Williams. Howie, Jerry and
Barbara Anderson were with Citizens for limited taxation and got
proposition 2 1/2 passed. The biggest defeat ever for the, never saw a
tax they didn't like, crowd- the democrats. They will never forgive
him. Gotta love the guy.

I lived in Lawrence (UGH!!! On a local TV station from Springfield it is
being called the "Immigrant City"!) after I moved from Andovah (High Rent
City!) and then to Nashua before the boom. Where all the car dealerships and
malls are now there was nothing but cowfields!

Life is too hectic for me. Everybody moves so friggin fast out there! When I
moved back to Western Mass my friends told me to SLOW DOWN!!!! NoHo moves at
a snail's pace for sure!

Must have but a real crimp on "Uncle Mike's" spending habits!

You saw Ed King just died? He was the REAL "Massachusetts Miracle" Uncle
Mike came back in and took all the thunder from the policies Ed King put in
place.

And I was a *Liberal* then, and I could STILL see it!
