It did fall within the poll's margin of error, but it is still something to
consider. By the time GWB leaves office, you will have a difficult time
finding people who admit they voted for him.

Had there been a poll during clintoons last term against the prior
president the numbers would have been similar especially after his
sexual jaunts with the young intern.

I sure won't be sorry to admit I voted for and supported
GWB, the best President in history.
Looks like I will get a chance to vote his brother Jeb in as prez,
too.
I stand behind my vote.
It was the best thing to do and that has proven itself over his terms
in office.

Of course Clinton was more liked by the voters because of his policies.
Bush came in and replaced all of the people in government with
political hacks or contributors who don't know anything about their job
or care about their job. I guess people thought that Bush was more
likable than Al Gore and that Bush would not change Clinton's policies
that worked. Boy, were they wrong.

They liked him so much they re-elected him with the largest popular
vote count ever.

Your opinion of course. My opinion is different from yours. I feel
that clinton was not that good of a president and that he had many
fooled into thinking he was. I cannot say that I know of one thing that
clinton did during his eight years to make him a better than average
president except for wowing those who wanted to be impressed with
jabberwocky. I can think of a few things that are negative during his
reign, but of course you would not want me to post them as they are
tough to chew.
On the other hand, GWB came into power by beating a proclaimed
unbeatable, none other than Al Gore, this of course was a bitter bitter
pill to swallow for the hard core far left wing of the democrat party as
it threw off their pace of domination over America. Their socialist
agenda was forced to wait another 4 years. However, four years later
once again they were soundly trounced and this was an even more bitter
pill to take because they thought that they had the voters fooled for
good with that war hero kerry, ah, but once again GWB trounced them
soundly and has went on to great heights in defeating terrorists,
keeping our taxes low under the most adverse conditions and has faced
some of the most challenging situations faced by a modern day president.
GWB is a real hero and will continue to strive for greatness in the next
three years. He will leave a legacy that will be untouched by any past
or future president.
