OT Jarhead

Dan Rather, Jesse Jackson, Cokie Roberts, and an American Marine were
hiking through the jungle one day when they were captured by
cannibals. They were tied up, led to the village and brought before
the chief. The chief said, "I am familiar with your western custom of
granting the condemned a last wish. Before we kill and eat you, do you
have any last requests?"

Dan Rather said, "Well, I'm a Texan; so I'd like one last bowl full of
hot, spicy chili."

The chief nodded to an underling, who left and returned with the
chili. Rather ate it all and said, "Now I can die content."

Jesse Jackson said, "You know, the thing in this life I am proudest of
is my work on behalf of the poor and oppressed. So before I go, I want
to sing "We Shall Overcome" one last time."

The chief said, "Go right ahead, we're listening." Jackson sang the
song, and then said, "Now I can die in peace."

Cokie Roberts said, "I'm a reporter to the end. I want to take out my
tape recorder and describe the scene here and what's about to happen.
Maybe someday someone will hear it and know that I was on the job til
the end."

The chief directed an aide to hand over the tape recorder, and Roberts
dictated some comments. She then said, "Now I can die happy."

The chief turned and said, "And now, Mr. Marine, what is your final
wish?"

"Kick me in the ass," said the Marine.

"What?" said the chief. "Will you mock us in your last hour?"

"No, I'm not kidding. I want you to kick me in the ass," insisted the
Marine.

So the chief shoved him into the open, and kicked him in the ass. The
Marine went sprawling, but rolled to his knees, pulled a 9mm pistol
from his waistband, and shot the chief dead. In the resulting
confusion, he grabbed his knapsack, pulled out his M4 carbine, and
sprayed the cannibals with gunfire.. In a flash, the cannibals were
dead or fleeing for their lives.

As the Marine was untying the others, they asked him, "Why didn't you
just shoot them? Why did you ask them to kick you in the ass?"

"What!?" said the Marine, "And have you liberal Assholes call ME the
aggressor?!?"

Describes to a T, members of the LIEbrawl Party and the New DEMONcrazy
Party, up here in Canada.

Up here terrorist groups like Hamas and Hezbollah are supported by the
LIEbrawl majority of those polled.

Do you happen to have a link to a credible source or is this entirely in
your head?

Problem with blood flow to the brain, today, Scott? You're making even less

I really don't think there is any problem with "blood flow to the
brain", a rather juvenile attempt at putting someone down if you ask me.

There is a sense that what he said is true. Can we support it by facts,
well maybe yes and maybe no, but there is this sense, intuition or
smell. I'd be interested to hear what you have to say about it. Please
continue with your diatribes.

Well, let's recap, shall we?

A half-decent joke started us off (I strongly suspect we've seen it posted
here before).

Then sharx35 chimes in with some nonsense about a poll that shows most of
the "LIEbrawl" party supports Hezbollah and Hamas.

Now, Canadian liberals aren't all that much different from US liberals and I
don't personally know any who support terrorist groups, so I asked if
sharx35 had some sort of source he could cite to support this probably
ridiculous allegation.

Then Scott replied with "every article in the New York Times, for a start,"
which, considering that a good chunk of the NYT is concerned with sports,
decorating, business, classified ads, etc, is a completely nonsensical
response.

Given that he's handing out nonsensical responses, I think suggesting he's
got blood flow problems to the brain is not entirely unreasonable.

However, reason IS something that's in short supply with the Neo-Conned in
this country, so I really wasn't surprised by Scott's response. Or by
yours.

The question remains on the table. Sharx35 referred to poll results that
suggest the "LIEbrawl" party supports Hezbollah and Hamas. Has sharx35 got
a credible source for this asshole right-wing fantasy of his or is he just
as full of shit as usual?

I don't believe that liberals support Hezbollah and Hamas. They do however
not care if they are able to carry out terrorist activities as they please.
They are against killing traitors of this country because many of them would
have to turn themselves in for offering aid to the enemy.

Liberals always do.

That is the reason I pull them out of the woodwork and
let them show their true colors.

Fun past time and quite easy...

They may not think they support terrorists, but their actions do
support terrorists....

Liberals support terrorists....

Our true colors are always showing. We're concerned for the future and the
reputation of our county and for the health and well-being of our
countrymen.

We're not interested in easy, jingoistic "solutions" that are going to make
the lives of future generations of US citizens worse.

Blah blah, I've heard it all before.

The only reason clinton was so popular was because of the economy, which
he really had nothing to do with. clinton was a very lucky guy to be in
the right place at the right time thanks to old man Bush and the
Republican congress. He was also lucky to get away with his skin after
the monica affair.

You took the clinton fishing trip, hook, line and sinker. I find most
liberals to be very naive.

And I find most Neo-Cons and right-wing "Christians" to be the most amazing
