YO! SCOTT!!!!!

You listen to Howie yesterday or today?

Here's a little background: Have you heard about Tom Rielly running for
Gov. here? Have you ever heard Howie talk about Rielly before?

Rielly is the state Atty Gen. It seems whenever a big case comes up
involving somebody 'connected', an investigation will start, and then
weeks or months later, Reilly will make a press statement that usually has
the word, "Unfortunately.." in it. And it usually means for some
cockamamie reason they were 'unable to prosecute' the alleged culprit.
Every time this happens, Howie makes mention of it on his show, and has
previously had a couple segments within the last year where there have
been big cases that 'unfortunately' weren't prosecuted and Howie has
featured them in a segmant or two.

So, were you listening? Were you listening closely? I missed it!

Rielly has recently been running an ad on TV where he is discussing the
black candidate, Patrick, and another Democrat, Gabrielli and their
'promises'. Then the announcer says..."Unfortunately..."

I sent this to Howie in an e-mail yesterday, but was unable to listen to
it very long. So today, listening to him on the Web, I hear him using it
as a PROMO! I was just wondering, since he usually says..."An e-mail from
John in Brattleboro..." but I missed it. I guess he must have used it, eh? :)

Sorry I wasn't listening closely. Today he was lusting after that
Florida teacher that 'seduced' a 14 year old. His female sidekick was
off today so Howie was in LUST mode....LOL

He even made me TiVo the show that Matt was interviewing the babe
(teacher) tonight.

gawd the teachers these days are NOT like the teachers when I went to
school....

LOL

Ya know, if *I* were the 14 year old, I'd be going Whooo Hoooo!!!

However, I originally started my career wanting to be a psychologist.
Don't ask me why, but after three years, I switched to electronics.

My best friend in college is currently working at Bridgewater State
Hospital/Prison where they put the Sex Offenders.

I caught 3 minutes this morning, where she said, "He wanted it so I gave
it to him".

Could you *even* imagine what would happen if a MAN said that about a 14
year old girl?!?!?!

Here in Mass, we have this nifty little thing called Civil Commitment.
If you have committed a sex crime, esp against children, they send you
there. You are interviewed by psychologists, and then get your chance to
go before the review borad. Two things happen at the review hearing:

They decide what Level you will be registered as as a Sex Offender, and
if they feel you are a level 3 (the worst...almost certain to reoffend)
then they decide if you even GET OUT! Yes, Civil Commitment...if you are
deemed unfit to rejoin society they can keep you INDEFINITELY. That's his
job; to treat the sex offenders during their stay at Bridgwater, and then
to present his findings to the rest of the board and help determine hoe
you get out, *IF* you get out!!!

This woman would have sealed her fate with a statement like that! No Way!
She wouldn't even be let out as a Level 3!!!! They would have just turned
her around and walked her back to her cell!

The fact she can even get on National TV and say such a thing shows how
much of a danger to society she really is.

And I'm sure the only reason she's not eating biscuits and gravy twice a
week for lunch is because she's cute.

I would have given her 5 years right off the bat, and if I were on the
review board and heard her say that, then she already blew her first
hearing. Her next chance would be anywhere from 2-5 years, depending on
how backed up they get.

No, there were those even years ago that thought it was WRONG.

Turns out I was wrong about something, too. "A public office is a public
trust" is Grover Cleveland.

Silent Cal said no one has any right to strike against the public safety,
anytime, anywhere.

That was back when he was governor of Massachusetts.

See, Hachi, there used to be Republicans in Mass.

Charles of Schaumburg.

The battleaxe I had liked to swing, swing a meter stick. Everybody in
her class feared for their life. She was from Ireland and a hot
tempered witch, but Nobody flunked. Those days wacking a cutup on the
shoulder with yea ol metre stick was ok to do, but most of the time the
stick landed hard on the desk of a sleeping student. The sleeper awoke
with a startled look and her screeming. She could be heard up and down
the halls. A foreboding sound for lower classmen.

Nobody died in her class or anything bad happened to us. The strict
discipline did not harm any of us. I think we were all better for it.
She passed away not long ago. I will never forget her. BTW she loved
kids and had two of her own, but when in class she was the boss and not
the kids.

Gee...was Cal Governor?

He was a Lawyer in, of all places Northampton. I'd like to know where his
office was...it's probably a boutique for 'hippies' or a Hot Tub/Sauna now!
