From what I heard, he served his rich constituents well, and got lots
of Federal money for them, even though they were already as rich as
Croesus.

Scott didn't vote for him. No way would they let Scott live in this
guy's district, unless he was a groundskeeper or something. (I can
picture Scott as the creepy Bill Murray character in Caddyshack, so I
guess he could be a groundskeeper. Picture Democrats as the gophers
driving him crazy and you've got Scott down to a T.)

But we know the Republicans are good at cooking up scandals, so it's a
safe bet Monica was paid.
