Replace a speaker

One of my spreakers of my Toyota Corolla Hatchback doesn't work and I want
replace it.
It's the speaker in my right door.
I tried to remove the cover but I can't.
How can I replace the speaker without breaking anything??

Greetings,

R. Langdon

Try removing the inner door panel to gain access to the speakers.
