2006 Sienna - cancel wireless door locking

On page 17, the 2006 Sienna Owners manual says there is a way to cancel
the wireless door locking or unlocking function, cancel the flash of the
turn signal lights and cancel the beep sound - contact your Toyota dealer.

My dealer doesn't seem to have a clue. Does anyone know how to do this?

Have your dealer check his service bulletins, or find one that will.
