2007 Camry

I am going to purchase a 2007 Camry, however, it doesn't have Xenon
headlights. I was hoping someone could help with the process of
putting these on.

If you want help with the process of installing Xenon headlights, potential
helpers probably would want to know where you are so they know if you are
within a reasonable travel distance or not.

If you want an explanation of what it takes to install high intensity
discharge (HID) headlamps, I recommend a google search of "xenon
headlights."

Note that most of the aftermarket conversion kits are for export only and
not designed for use in the U.S.

There are blue-tinted bulbs that make the light appear to be HID.

The HID conversions basically involve mounting a ballast in the vicinity of
the headlamps and then changing the OEM bulb and wire harness over to the
aftermarket one.
