I believe you are confusing conservatives, who are the true
environmentalists, with liberal who are the environuts. True
environmentalists are people that do not want to destroy their own
environment. In other words, they do not want to poop where the eat, but
they know they must take care of the poop. Environuts, on the other hand
are people that will do whatever it takes to make sure there is no poop, to
the point of not eating. Man needs to work with nature to survive, not in
conflict. Even the first farmers soon learned the tomato plants that got
the best tomatoes were the ones near where the horses pooped. God made
coal and oil for mans use and he made it out of carbon, dirty stuff. That
does not mean we should not use it? Of course not, it simply means if you
'spill' some, clean it up. LOL

Environmentalism can be compatible with both conservatism and
liberalism, but where have the conservative environmentalists been?
Show me some environmental programs that were sponsored primarily by
conservatives and that weren't merely attempts to thwart stronger
programs.

As usual, you've shown that you have no reasoning behind your opinions.
