to prison within the next few years, although he'll probably die first.

Yeah. More detailed newspaper stories say KBR's claiming that for
competitive reasons, they don't want to reveal how many troops they're
servicing. Great idea if you want to make it difficult or impossible for
anyone else to bid on the work. But, you'd think the government would KNOW
what they were paying for. No, wait. This is the government that can't
account for a few thousand guns in Iraq.
Sometimes, I think the Soviets' gulag concept wasn't such a bad idea, for
