This was a trend I noticed in my town about 7 years ago, girls as young as
12 or so dressed with what boobs they had hanging out, etc.

I agree with Glenn...What kind of parent would let their kids out like
this, and if they didn't know, WHY DIDN'T THEY?!?!?!

Same parents whose kids eat lead paint chips, and then they sue the city for
not doing whatever they think the city should do. What the fuck kind of
parent lets their kid eat paint chips???
