They probably got their information from documents deliberately
declassified in the 1950s about our WWII bomb program, and some people
say that the North Korean nuke failed because its plutonium was
contaminated by too much Pu 240 or wasn't cast very well and cracked
too early during implosion.

Why does everybody think the NK's are so stupid and only can build a
